Building on the success of UNSW’s Centre for Transformational Environmental Technologies (CTET) in Yixing, UNSW opened a Technology Commercialisation Centre (TCC) in Wuxi in June 2025. Co-located with the Wuxi Industrial Innovation Research Institute (WIIRI) in the Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone, TCC is established as a UNSW associated entity, providing opportunities for translational research in the areas of clean energy, water and environment, health and biotech, and use of digital tools and advanced materials and manufacturing for sustainability in the Yangtze River Delta Region in China.
